If you need to return a product purchased at www.cruash.es , you have 10 business days from receipt of the order to request the return.

All products must be returned unused, in perfect condition , with their original labels and packaging , and properly protected for transport.

How to request a refund

Before sending any product, it is essential that you contact us at info@cruash.com indicating:

Once we receive your request, we will confirm acceptance and our logistics partner will coordinate the collection of the product from your address via courier. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Process and refund

When the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

After validation, we will issue a refund for the product price using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will notify you by email as soon as the refund is processed.
