Refund policy

If there is an error with the product in your order at www.cruash.es, you have 10 business days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange. 

All products must be returned intact, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and adequately protected during shipping. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs generated by the return or exchange.

Processing time: If you have requested an exchange or return for your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed. Refunds will be processed shortly after we receive the returned order.
